Your accountant should be your best friend!

Our Mission

Who TABF helps

Led by ACCA Fellow Donna Beddis, TABF combines over 20 years of experience with a friendly, down-to-earth approach that puts relationships first. Because sometimes you need more than an accountant—you need someone in your corner.

Every business, practice and person works differently, which is why TABF isn’t built around one-size-fits-all accountancy support.

Whether you need help keeping your bookkeeping organised, understanding your management accounts, supporting your payroll, getting to grips with accounting software, preparing for MTD for ITSA or simply having an extra pair of hands during a busy period, TABF is here to help.

We take the time to talk things through, understand what’s causing frustration and work with you to find practical, straightforward next steps.

Our Services for

1. Businesses, sole traders and landlords

Running a business is hard enough without worrying whether your bookkeeping is accurate, your tax returns are correct or your finances are telling you what you need to know.

TABF helps business owners, sole traders and landlords stay on top of their finances with practical support that can include bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll, annual accounts, corporation tax returns, self assessment tax returns, confirmation statements, management accounts, business advisory support and accounting software training.

TABF can work as your accountant or alongside your existing accountant where additional bookkeeping, reporting, software or systems support is needed. The aim is always to provide clearer information, practical advice and support that helps you make better business decisions.

The aim is simple.

To help you understand your numbers, stay compliant and make better business decisions.

Support for your everyday finances

You might need regular support, help with a one-off issue or simply someone to explain what your numbers are telling you. TABF can shape the support around what you actually need.

Support for your in-house accounting

TABF can also work alongside your existing accountant. The aim is not to replace a trusted advisor, but to help you get better information from your bookkeeping systems so your accountant has what they need and you have clearer data to run your business.

2. Accountants and bookkeepers

Need an extra pair of hands, or a sounding board?

TABF also works alongside accountants and bookkeepers across the UK, providing practical support during busy periods, staff absences, software projects and business change.

Whether you need temporary capacity, help with MTD for ITSA planning, support with a client systems project or someone to talk through a practice process, TABF can act as an extension of your team when you need additional experience or specialist support.

Why work with TABF?

You can focus your efforts on running your business

Choosing the right accounting support is not just about finding someone who understands bookkeeping, payroll or tax. It is about finding someone who will listen, understand the problem and help you move forward in a practical way.

TABF is built around friendly, tailored support that helps businesses, accountants and bookkeepers solve real accounting, systems and reporting challenges.

  • Friendly and approachable
  • Real-world experience
  • Tailored support
  • Technology with a purpose

No jargon. No judgement. Just practical advice and support that helps you understand what is happening and what to do next.

Donna brings over 20 years of experience across accountancy, business and accounting systems. Because she understands both the numbers and the systems behind them, she can help you work out what is really going on and what needs to change.

Every business and practice is different. Advice is shaped around your circumstances, goals, systems, team and challenges.

TABF loves technology, but only when it genuinely makes life easier, improves workflows or gives you better financial information. The focus is always on what works for you, not on adding apps for the sake of it.
